The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) in Russia will probably be handing out a few stiff fines and suspensions, after what appears to have been a planned attack by one team against another.
The fight took place six seconds after face off in a game between the Vityaz and Avangard.
Avangard’s management said that the incident was a pre planned attack against their team. They have asked the European league’s officials to kick the Vityaz out of the KHL. They also want the teams management to get a lifetime ban.
