David Weaving is currently serving a 10 year sentence for man slaughter and now is suing the parents of the child he killed because his parents never should of let his boy ride his bike without a helmet.
Weaving was going 80 in a 45MPH zone when he hit the child. But for some reason he's suing the family for contributory negligence and wrongful imprisonment claiming he will never be able to resume his normal life once he serves his full sentence. The mother of the child says it serves as a reminder every day and wishes he would just quietly serve his time cause after all he did kill her son. Weaving had 5 previous drunk driving arrests before the death of Matthew Kenney.
