Man Accused of Getting his Girlfriend's 13-Year-Old Daughter High and Using Her as a Sex Slave

HOUSTON - Prosecutors say a teenage girl was plied with drugs, alcohol and forced to have sex with her mother's boyfriend for three years. Sources say he had a second apartment in a complex unit in north Houston where he would take his girlfriend's then 13-year-old daughter. He would get the young girl high and or drink and have sex with her.
